Suh Kyung-bae, born in 1963, is a South Korean entrepreneur and the chairman of the AmorePacific Group.

He is credited with transforming the AmorePacific Group from a traditional local cosmetics manufacturer to an international beauty powerhouse.

He has been a leader in the beauty industry for over two decades, having joined the AmorePacific Group in 1997 as a director.

Suh Kyung-bae has been the chairman of the company since 2005, and has overseen the company's expansion into overseas markets such as China, Japan, and the United States.

In addition to his work at the AmorePacific Group, Suh Kyung-bae is also the chairman of the Korea Federation of Beauty and Hairdressing Industries.

He is an active philanthropist and has supported numerous charities, including the Korean Red Cross, the Korean Alzheimer's Disease Association, and the Korean Association for Cancer Prevention.

Suh Kyung-bae has won numerous awards, including the "Order of Civil Merit" from the South Korean government in 2018 and the "Lifetime Achievement Award" from the Korea Beauty Awards in 2019.
