Huh Chang-soo is a Korean entrepreneur and the Chairman of GS Group, one of South Korea's largest conglomerates. He was born in 1948.

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Seoul National University, Huh Chang-soo joined GS Group as an employee in 1971.

In 1987, Huh Chang-soo was appointed as the Chairman and CEO of GS Group, leading the company to become one of South Korea's largest conglomerates.

Under Huh Chang-soo's leadership, GS Group expanded its business activities to include the energy, retail, construction, IT, financial services, education, and media sectors.

Huh Chang-soo has been recognized for his outstanding business achievements and has been awarded the Order of Civil Merit by the South Korean government in 2001.

In 2020, Huh Chang-soo was ranked #45 on Forbes Asia's list of South Korea's 50 Richest People.

Huh Chang-soo is also a philanthropist, having donated $5 million to the Seoul National University Hospital in 2008.
