Takao Yasuda (born in 1943) is a Japanese entrepreneur and the founder of the Pasona Group.

He attended Keio University and graduated in 1967 with a degree in Economics.

From 1968-1973, he served as the Secretary General at the Keio Alumni Association.

In 1973, he founded the Pasona Group, which is a human resources and staffing company.

In 1995, he was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun by the Japanese government.

In 2003, the company went public and started trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

In 2005, the Pasona Group established the Yasuda Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting environmental and educational initiatives.
