Cyrus Mistry is an Indian Entrepreneur, born in 1968.

He is the son of Pallonji Mistry, the Chairman of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group.

He was appointed as a Director of Shapoorji Pallonji Group in 2006.

He became the Chairman of the Group in 2012, succeeding his father.

He is also a Co-Chairman of Tata Sons and a Director of Tata Motors.

He is the first non–Tata family member to be appointed as a Chairman of Tata Sons.

In 2018, he was removed from the post of Chairman of Tata Sons, amidst allegations of poor performance.
